Del Mar Automotive is owned by father and son, Al and Todd Phillips. Both Todd and Al were schooled in Christian values, with special attention to the "Golden Rule."

Todd is employed at Del Mar Auto as an auto technician for prior owners |

Todd and Al purchase shop with Al as bookkeeper, Todd as manager and primary technician |

Al comes to work at shop as full-time service writer and bookkeeper |

Installation of computerized shop management system for instant access to customer records, parts ordering online, and printing of invoices that people can actually read! |

Our building has a history of it's own. Established in 1949 as an automobile repair shop, it was previously a repair barn for train cars that serviced the Del Mar Race Track. Come in and see the rails on the floor! |
